REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- POLORIZER ENTERPRISE wants its customers to have an exceptional shopping experience that enriches their lives. Once delivered, opened or used products cannot be returned to the seller as they cannot be reused or resold.
- Damage resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application is not covered under this Policy due to the active natural extracts and ingredients in our products. This Policy also does not include any adverse reactions caused by specific sensitivities to a product/ingredient, and it is recommended to perform patch tests as advised in every product.
Refund Policy
- POLORIZER ENTERPRISE does not assume responsibility for any damage occurring after the products have been delivered.
- You must provide an unboxing video with the original packaging if you need to make a claim regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products.

- If you receive a package that is tampered with, damaged, or defective, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner on the spot.
- Please call the customer service team at +919898690101 if the order shows as delivered but has not been received within 3 days of delivery. No refunds will be issued after this time period.
- The refund amount does not cover the delivery fee, which is non-refundable by our delivery partners.
- Cash on delivery refunds will be processed to the customer's provided bank account within 4-7 business days.
- Requests for a refund must be made within 24 hours of the order being delivered, providing the necessary details mentioned above.
- If your refund is approved, it may take up to 15 days from the date of approval for the credit to be processed by POLORIZER ENTERPRISE.
- Once the refund is initiated, POLORIZER ENTERPRISE will furnish all relevant details, including screenshots and the transaction ID.
Return Policy
- In instances of severe damage to the delivered product (such as leakage, breakage, or missing items) during transit, a refund or exchange may be requested following a comprehensive review of the refund policy.
- Should they receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, customers are required to reach out to our customer service within 24-48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled before they are sent out from the warehouses and will incur a cancellation fee of 2.5%.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be issued back to the original payment account within 15 days.
- Once orders are shipped from the warehouses, they cannot be canceled, and a deduction of 75 will be made if the prepaid order is returned to the seller.

Q.1) Once your cancellation/refund is approved, when can you expect to receive your funds?
Refunds for paid orders will be sent back to the original payment account within 15 days of the cancellation being approved.
If it's a cash on delivery order, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided to our customer support team within 4-7 working days of the cancellation being approved.

Q.2) Are opened/used products covered by the policy?
No, the policy does not include products that have been opened or used. It only covers orders with items that are leaked, broken, or missing.
